All entries must be submitted by email by midnight on November 3rd to be entered. No anonymous entries can be considered. You can submit more than one photo, but only one photo per costume. You must include your name in your entry, but your name and your child’s name will not be posted on Flickr. Mommy Poppins has express permission to use all entry photos on our Website, in our Flickr Group and to use in promotional materials. By submitting a photo you represent and warrant that it does not infringe on any copyrights and any claims by a third party and that you have the right to grant all rights and licenses to Mommy Poppins. Your privacy will be protected. No email addresses will be shared with anyone outside of Mommy Poppins, except in the case of facilitating the winners to receive their prize. Winners will be notified by email and must respond to claim their prize.
